Yes, you should brighten them a bit, so they will actually look like old photographs. I like the look of this old film!

What I plan on doing now is getting the negatives printed professionally.... then I will scan the printed photos. I think the resolution will be higher if I do that. then, I'll brighten it (if the printers don't brighten it for me).
