QotD: Ouch, That Hurt!
Have you ever broken a bone? If not, what's the worst injury you've sustained?
Never broken a bone, but my heart has been broken a few times.
I think the worst physical pain was in my lower back. I guess my body doesn't contour the right way to the elliptical machine at the gym... "ergonomic" my ASS. The two times I tried it, I was left with lower back pain that caused me to not be able to even get out of bed without crying in horrible pain. The only link was the elliptical machine, so I don't ever use it.
