This Vog thing needs to stop already

The tradewinds disappeared yesterday, so we got the vog again. We're heading to Maui on Saturday, going up to Haleakala on Sunday morning (I doubt early enough to see the sunrise... that's insane early) and I'd like to be able to SEE ANYTHING from up there. I want to take photos and such, y'know?

I've picked up a few things here and there for the little getaway. Not sure if we'll use it yet (snorkel and mask), but if not, we'll just return it.

Crap... I keep forgetting to check the expiration date on the Dramamine I have at home. Hopefully I don't have to pick up a new batch.

I'm going to the beach today and coming back tuesday....The oregon beach that is. I'd give anything to go to a beach in Maui or anywhere else that is hot and sunny!

I think nate picked up some dramamine or somthign for the trip i dunno. can you take underwater pictures??

I have a special made plastic covering for my camera, for underwater pics. we can always buy a disposable one.

im so excited. hopefully they sky will be clear tommorow so we can take pictures from the ferry. Are you brigning your laptop?

Are you guys riding the SuperFerry to Maui? Taking your car? HOw much is the total round trip package? I'm curious because it sounds like fun. Let me now how the ride is.

Our friend won 4 tickets for the Superferry, so we got that for free. We're staying at a timeshare (thanks to my boss), so it came out to under $100 total for 2 nights.

i'm so jealous!! i've been thinking about "getting away" but it probably won' t be for awhile...have fun and take lost of pix!!

Damn. That sounds awesome. I can't wait to see the pics.
